Your personalised Member Area

It’s easy to check which everyday expenses you’re covered for in your laya healthcare Member Area. Log in, go to Check Your Cover Online, click Check Cover Now and then click Everyday expenses.

To check your extensive hospital cover with laya healthcare, log into your Member Area, go to Check Your Cover Online, click Check Cover Now and then click Having a procedure.

You need five pieces of information to check your cover for a procedure:

1. A procedure code which your Consultant can give you
2. The name of your Consultant
3. The name of the hospital
4. The planned date for the treatment
5. The date when you first started experiencing your symptoms

If you want to know if your laya healthcare insurance covers you for a scan, log into your Member Area, go to Check Your Cover Online, click Check Cover Now and then click on Scans, QuickCare and Clinics.

You’ll be able to see exactly what scans you’re covered for in hospitals and scan centres all over Ireland, and how much you are covered for if you need to go to a Laya Health and Wellbeing Clinic for urgent medical care.

All you need to do to make a payment to laya healthcare is log into your Member Area, click Payments and then click Missed a Payment. Fill in the amount you are paying and your address, and click Proceed to Payment. You can then pay online with a debit or credit card.

To edit your contact details for laya healthcare, scroll down to Your contact preferences and documents, click on Your contact preferences, then edit your email address, phone number, home address and contact preferences as you wish.

To view your laya healthcare claim documents for both hospital and everyday expense claims, log into your Member Area, click Claims and then click Claim history.

To see your policy documentation, go to your Member Area, scroll down to Your cover and then click the name of your scheme.

Go to your laya healthcare Member Area, scroll down to Your cover and click on + Add Member, which you’ll see below your name. 

You can avail of walk-in access to Quickcare 365 days a year, no appointment needed. Just log into Member Area, go to ‘your cover’ then click ‘check cover’ and click on ‘everyday expenses’ and the Quickcare button to view your personalised cover.
