What is a Money Smart Cash Back scheme?

Our Money Smart schemes give your family money back on their everyday medical expenses such as GP, Dental and Prescriptions. It is an easy and affordable way to help you spread the cost of your family's everyday healthcare. 

Cover starts from as little as €21.29 per month (based on our Money Smart 20 Family Scheme). With laya healthcare you can add as many dependents as you need without increasing the price of your policy. 

Includes cover for our 24 hour GPline & Nurseline services.

You can submit your receipts on a quarterly basis.

How is Money Smart different from a private medical insurance?

Our Money Smart Cash Back plans do not provide you with private medical insurance. They are designed with your everyday medical expenses in mind and do not cover you for a stay in hospital or give you access as a private health insurance holder.

Important note

Please be aware that these Money Smart cash plans are not included in Lifetime Community Rating. If you do not hold an inpatient health insurance scheme before 1st May 2015, a loading may be applied when you switch to, or purchase inpatient health insurance cover on or after this date. However, Money Smart cash plans are still considered continuous cover in terms of waiting periods.
