CareOnCall offers online GP consultations seven days a week, a home prescription service and unlimited phone access to GPs, nurses and physios. The only service of its kind on the market, CareOnCall is available to all laya healthcare members. GPlive video consultations allow you to speak face to face with an Irish Registered GP who can provide clinical advice and guidance. Available on our dedicated smartphone app and responsive website, GPlive is designed to give you peace of mind from the comfort of your own home. |

Prescription Service allows you to order a prescription online 24 hours a day for a range of medical conditions. All prescriptions are reviewed and issued by an Irish registered GP, you can order from the comfort of your own home and receive your prescription by post within three days. |

GPline gives you telephone access to a doctor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is completely confidential and simple to use. You can call our GPline at any time to speak with a friendly medical professional who will arrange a call back from a GP at a time that suits you. |

Nurseline offers you friendly and practical advice - 24 hours a day, seven days a week – from qualified nurses with a range of clinical experience. The service is completely confidential and you can call at any time, day or night. |
Physioline gives you telephone access to a physiotherapist for expert advice. Where appropriate, the physio will provide you with a specific programme of exercises to alleviate your problem, which you can download to your smartphone for ease. |

Home testing allows you to order a home test kit online for a range of medical tests including cholesterol, STI’s and liver function. The test kits are delivered within three working days and can be carried out in the comfort of your home. |

GPlive Online Consultation:
- 8am - 10pm Monday-Friday
- 10am - 6pm Saturday
- 10am - 6pm Sunday
Please note hours of operation will be reduced or removed during bank holiday weekends and Christmas.
Physioline
- 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday
Our GPline, Nurseline & Online Prescription Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
