He has led the Company’s Transformation programme and return to financial stability, revenue growth and profit by taking big steps to fix the Company’s economics and by restructuring the Mails & Parcels and Retail business in line with a rapidly changing, digital marketplace. Recently, An Post was announced as the 2020 Irish Times Company of the Year and also the 2020 Business & Finance Company of the Year.

Jennifer Cashman is Practice Group Leader of Ronan Daly Jermyn’s Employment Group. With more than 20 years’ experience in the area of employment law, she is the ‘go-to’” advisor for employers in both the public and private sector. More recently, Jennifer’s response to the global Covid-19 pandemic included advising on home working and significant data protection issues, such as temperature testing and test result sharing.
Dr Shane Farrelly, Senior Medical Consultant, Cognate Health
Dr Farrelly has over 30 years’ experience as an expert in international occupational medicine, and will be responsible for providing health-related advice and expertise to clients navigating the pandemic, along with informing risk assessment and policy recommendations in line with guidelines. Dr Farrelly is a Consultant and Chief Medical Officer to a number of international companies, providing guidance to corporate health departments on the design and implementation of global occupational health programmes. He is currently assisting large-scale companies across the United Kingdom and Europe introduce antigen testing to enable their staff to work safely.
